See, it's all these super meth labs in Mexico that are creating toxic spill-off into the ocean killing phytoplankton and soon all the surface water will reach high temps (or completely evaporate!) and we'll all be living in a storm-filled world like Venus and then no amount of federal aid is going to keep us from the hell of Jaws. Or something like that.
